Make Your Own Cereal


My eldest son had a project recently at school to design his own cereal. I thought this was perfect timing, as I had been wanting to substitute the morning toast with something a little healthier and a bit more interesting.

So, we went to the health food isle and this is what we came up with.

It contains: puffed rice, puffed corn, almonds, chia seeds, sunflower seeds and pumpkin kernels. You an also chop yup some pitted prunes and add the, so they are fresh.

Sprinkle with LSA and enjoy :) oh and probably add some form of milk too !!
